I hold a Master’s degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology with a specialization in Human Resources. Shortly after graduating, I began my career in the fashion industry, where I spent eight years working in operations, human resources, and talent acquisition.

In addition to my industry experience, I am also a faculty member at LIM College, where I teach career-focused courses and empower students to navigate their professional paths. My staffing expertise spans across fashion, public relations, and the education sector. Over the years, I’ve crafted hundreds of resumes for candidates at all levels—from entry-level to executives—in diverse fields such as finance, retail, healthcare, and non-profit.
